Meet Shannon
Growth brought me back to the work I love.
Rooted in Light Holistics grew from my earlier business, Stone and Sage Crystal Healing. Over time, I added new skills, deeper study, and carefully created products—but the heart stayed the same: helping people feel more grounded, supported, and connected to themselves.
Today, Rooted in Light brings together crystal healing, Reiki, herbal tea blending, ear seeding, holistic wellness, Death Doula education, and handcrafted botanical products.
Rooted in light, made with intention.
